Hi, my name is Vanessa, but everyone calls me Ness! I’m a proud mum to four wonderful children, 3 boys and 1 girl, aged 6 to 14.I’ve been working in early childhood education for over 15 years, during which I’ve had the privilege of working in many different roles — from assistant educator, room leader, educational leader, assistant director, and centre director.

Each of these roles has deepened my love for supporting children, families, and educators as they learn and grow together.My personal philosophy is centred around the belief that children are at the heart of everything we do. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and connection with nature, and that every child is unique, learning at their own pace and in their own way.

I value building strong, respectful partnerships with families, knowing that when we work together, we can create the best possible experiences for every child.I’m really looking forward to getting to know you and your family, and to sharing in your child’s learning journey here at Little Kindy Dalyellup.
