Hello, my name is Tanika Rogers, your Centre Director at Little Kindy North Cairns.
I have been in childcare for the last 15 years.
I am married and have 2 beautiful children 11 and 5.
I have always loved working alongside children watching the grow and learn and building positive relationships with families.
As my role as nominated supervisor, I will provide children with a safe, calming and stimulating environment. I aim to provide the highest quality of care using my professional skills and knowledge. I believe that children will achieve their highest potential in a nurturing and caring environment.
I will support educators through reflection and positive team interaction also building positive and trusting relationships with children and families.
We here at Little Kindy recognise the role of families as partners in the educations process and encourage active involvement in activities and the decision-making process.
I believe that early childhood is a unique stage in life. I believe that we enable this by providing a safe, fun and friendly environment where children can foster and maintain friendships with each other and staff. Early childcare is a time for children to discover who they are and how they fit into the world. Essential to this is freedom to explore, to be a child and to be protected.

Our location
Little Kindy North Cairns is APPROVED and now Enrolling for children 0 – 5 years old.
Our location is easy to access and just close proximity from Manunda / North Cairns residential complex, business and retail. Little Kindy North Cairns is operated and managed by the approved provider of Little Kindy Pty Ltd, a private and family owned company.
With the increased demand of childcare and early education services, Little Kindy North Cairns is proud to be the part of the essential service provider to help our community find more personalised and tailored early education and care services for their children.
Little Kindy has been actively working with parents and local community to provide more variety and better educational programs that can help children in our care thrive.
